Snelle levering in compacte verpakking. Duidelijke uitleg erbij hoe het bandje ingekort kan worden. Foto's komen precies overeen met het werkelijk horloge. Enkel jammer dat op de website geen foto's zijn waarbij het horloge gedragen wordt, dat is het enige verbeterpunt wat ik zou kunnen aandragen.

Ik kwam Northwatch tegen door te zoeken naar duurzame horloges. Wat mij aantrok is dat de horloges van hout zijn gemaakt en er erg mooi uit zien. Ik heb het horloge 'Noir' gekocht. Het wordt geleverd in een mooi opbergkistje en met een uitermate handig 'apparaatje' om de pinnetjes uit de 'armband' te halen...
Prachtig horloge en fantastische service!
Super goede service! Ik kocht een horloge als cadeau voor mijn vriend maar hij vond een ander horloge meer bij hem passen. Na een belletje en een mailtje werd direct het andere horloge opgestuurd en kreeg ik een verzendlabel toegestuurd om het andere horloge te retourneren...

Prachtig horloge ik ben er helemaal weg van, goede kwaliteit. Goede service via de telefoon, ik had wat problemen met wat schakeltjes er tussen uit halen maar dat is opgelost:)Naar verwachting.

is beautiful, but it comes at the expense of trees and nature. Moreover, the offerings from other providers were quite expensive. That's why in 2021, we started a company specializing in unique wooden watches with a focus on nature and fair pricing.

1. How to adjust the strap of a wooden watch?
Each watch comes with an adjustment kit with instructions. This easily explains how to remove one or more links from the watch strap. Links can easily be removed or added within a minute. You can remove a link by using the supplied adjustment kit to click one of the links loose. If you want to add a link again you can easily reattach it by reattaching one of the link pins to a link.2. Can you also have the wooden watches engraved?
At this time, we do not have an option for engraving wooden watches. However, we are working hard to make this a reality for you.3. How long do your watches last?
Our wooden watches will give you years of enjoyment without any problems! On top of that, we provide a 2-year warranty for each watch. Should the wooden watch break down, please contact us, and we can see if the failure is within the warranty. If the battery dies, it can be replaced at any jeweler. Are there still issues with the watch outside the warranty period? No problem! Please contact us, so we can look at the possibilities.4. Are the watches waterproof?
The watches are splash-waterproof. This means that while the watches will tolerate brief rain, the watches certainly cannot withstand heavy showers, shower water or immersion in sea or swimming pool water. We recommend that you do not seek this limit, as it may damage the wooden watch beyond repair.5. How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts around two to four years, depending on the type of watch, its size, and the amount of energy consumed by the various functions. A watch that includes date display as well as day/night functioning uses more energy than a watch with only a time indicator.
